Shipping and Policies

☆Processing Time

  • Please Allow 2-3 week processing time on your order. Currently only shipping inside the U.S. Orders are typically worked on a “first come first served” bases.

  • This does not include shipping time, so please make sure you can wait before placing your order.

  • If there is any inconveniences to your order due to supply issues or a problem where i am behind on orders, i will send out an email to update you on the progress of your order .

☆Refunds/Replacements

  • Refunds can be given as long as it is before the completion of the order. If a refund is requested after an order has been completed/shipped, no refund will be given do to covering the cost of product.

  • If there is an issue where a charm has come off or a nail is too small/big, a replacement nail can be sent out free of charge. Please send out an email regarding the issue as soon as possible.

☆Shipping

  • Currently shipping only within the U.S.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for the package to arrive once shipped, depending on your states postal service.

  • Every order is shipped with a tracking number that can be accessed online.
